Learn how to make this simple and easy to make quick homemade recipe. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />1/2 tin cream style corn <br />2 tbsp Milk <br />3 tbsp Flour <br />1/2 clove garlic ( pounded ) <br />1/2 tsp ginger chilli paste <br />salt <br />2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce <br />1/2 cup water chestnut (chopped) <br />1 small spring onion (chopped) <br />Breadcrumbs <br />Oil <br /> <br /> <br />Method: <br />- Mix the milk and cornflour and pour it on the cream style corn <br />- Add clove garlic paste, ginger chilli paste and salt and mix everything well. <br />- Turn on the flame and keep stirring till it becomes thick. <br />- In a separate pan warm sweet chilli sauce and add water chestnuts to it <br />- Mix everything well to make a dry filling <br />- Add spring onions to it and keep frying it for few seconds more. <br />- Turn off the flame, add salt to the filling and mix everything well <br />- Mash the corn mixture, add the chestnut filling to it and mix well. <br />- Make small balls from the mixture and roll it in breadcrumbs <br />- Deep fry the balls till golden brown and serve it with sweet chilli sauce.
